My objective before March is to finish all the books on my shelf , therefore I can star making lists that are more targeted to my actual preferences(science). Still I don't want to leave all these other books I have unfinished and forgotten in my shelf this is a pretty challenging TBR but I will do a big effort to fulfill it.

December TBR

I neeeeed to finish quite a few books before the end of this year. I have been noticing that I have been reading a bit more quickly. sometimes I just want to take in every word, every single one. And I dwell on them. Which slows my reading speed. and I've come to notice. It doesn't always guaranteee, you'll enjoy your book more or that you'll remember everything better. I've in fact realized that it is far less enjoyable when I take too long to finish a book because the Information isn't fresh on my mind, it sucks. Even if it turns ut to be a book you didn't like, finish it quickly or DNF it your choice. But don't just leave it hanging expecting to come back to it later just cause u want to finish it. I did that a few times this year. And I really like reading, but doing that made me feel lazy and unmotivated. I think everyone likes reading they just have to be motivated and given material that has the potential to make them love reading.
So I plan to Read
-Alice's adventure's In wonderland
-A swiftly tilting planet
-One hundred years of solitude (in spanish) I have started reading this book twice this would be the third
-Inkheart
-Uglies
-The Three Musketeers

I am 14 books behind to accomplish my goal this year. And I currently have 7 books that I started so I hope to read this books But If I finish them before december is over I will read Queen Red Riding Hood's guide to royalty and Mother goose's diary as well as Anne of green Gables.I bought both of these last year and haven't had a chance to read them. Truthfully I'm not that excited to read Anne of green gables, buuut I'll give it a chance. If I manage to finish all the books I'm currently reading before November ends, I have 6 days. Then I will only miss 1 book to fulfill my goal.

The time machine and the Invisible man by H.G Wells

I made a mistake the last time I bought books. I acted a bit compulsive, and didn't ponder on the choice of books I picked. I should've. It's Important to make sure you are getting or reading books that u like.Otherwise, what is the purpose of doing it. And I will Indeed take this into account and more seriously next time. Recently I adquired a new book. The time Machine and the invisible man. These are science fiction, one of my favorite genres. And Im excited to dive in. I just read the introduction today (pretty long introduction btw). You know how classic always have a huge Introduction by someone important. I will be keeping record of the story in more detail.

I finished this book today , I listened to the audiobook while reading and I enjoyed it more. I tend to have difficulty reading classics so listening to it helped. I have a few thoughts so here it goes. Well for starters this book goes a long way back it was first published in the 19th century. I think if I had been a reader back in that time I wouldve been blown away. Something I found a bit funny is the plot of these books isnt really that big of a surprise since the title kind of spoils it. Now into the plots. For the time machine I liked the way the plot was executed. I mean, the way I unferstood the book it seemed to me the problem was the time traveller was stuck many years in the future without a means to get back to his time. And as for the invisible man , usually involving social concepts such as the ones shown in this story would make me stand 100 m from it , I liked the way it was done. Although this title belong to the sci-fi genre I believe it is pretty realist about the fact that someone who conquered this can and will use it to his own purposes.

A study in Charlotte by Brittany Cavallaro

This was an Interesting book. As obviously the name implies It is pretty much Sherlock Holmes with a twist. That's why I rated this book 3 stars. AT the beginning I liked it so much that I thought It'd be 4 stars buuut, As the story developed, the plot unfolded and Jame's and Charlotte's relationship did as well, I thought this is just a recreation of the original stories, whatever was added to it, doesn't really look that attractive to me. The reason is Charlotte's attitude towards James wasn't easily understood. I mean she treated him like an object at times, and the reason given by her person is the manner in which she was raised. Charlotte is pretty similar to Sherlock almost Identical. And books that intend to be a twist can be good but they need to add something unique to the story. So I rated this book three stars because it failed to do that, but I enjoyed it. Because there was a cunning, witty character. Good references. A science lab. Naturally I'd like it If there was anything related to science.
